Conditions of Sale

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Trial bay Estate reserves the right to request proof of age should they consider the purchase of wine is being made by a minor. By submitting an order for wine, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing the sale of alcohol in Australia.

Price

All prices featured on the website are in Australian dollars. Prices are inclusive of goods and services tax and wine equalisation tax only.

Shipping

We deliver Australia wide via Australia Post. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery after placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking notification to track your wine.

Local Delivery is available by arrangement for minimum orders of One Dozen Bottles those in (southern) Tasmania. Select ‘LOCAL DELIVERY’ and no delivery fee will be charged. We will contact you to let you know when the order will be delivered.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are provided in accordance with the Australian consumer guarantees set out under Australian Consumer Law. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind. However, if your order is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or where the nature of the goods has been miscommunication and you wish to return your order for refund or replacement, please notify us within 14 days of purchase together with proof of purchase, i.e. a receipt and the reason for return. Goods must be returned in as close to original condition as possible (with the wine inside). Refunds and replacements will be made at the discretion of Trial Bay Estate.

Cancellation Due to Error

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. We reserve this right up until the time of delivery of goods. Should such a cancellation occur after your credit card has been charged, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the relevant amount.
