The Trial Bay Estate 2022/2023 Pinot Noir Mixed Vintage includes three of our stunning Pinot Noir 2022 and three of our new release Pinot Noir 2023.
Our 2022 Pinot Noir had a cool and wet beginning to the growing season resulting in a low yielding harvest. A classic single vineyard pinot noir with a fine and plentiful tannin structure with elegant cherry fruit flavours. Perfumed with a hint of spice and notes of barnyard. A creamy palate with a succulent texture and a nice length of flavour. Only 660 bottles produced. An elegant wine that will continue to develop with time and patience.
Our new release 2023 Pinot Noir is a single vineyard pinot noir with a rich and complex palate of jubey fruits, forest floor, rich cherry and savoury notes. Succulent, chalky tannin. Powerful, elegant and generous. Drink now or cellar until 2032.
